Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions & Interpretation

  • "Customer", "you", "your" refers to the individual browsing our website or placing an order.

  • "Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to UR Wholesalers Ltd.

  • "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions and any purchase contract.

2. Scope of Agreement
This document governs all orders placed with UR Wholesalers Ltd. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you confirm your agreement to these terms. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

3. Minimum Spend & Order Thresholds

Type of Order Minimum Spend (ex VAT) Export Orders£1,200 and Domestic Delivery/Collection£250

4. VAT‑Exempt Exports

Export orders meeting the criteria (zero-rated by HMRC) must be collected by a recognised shipping agent. You must provide a valid Collection Note and either a Bill of Lading (air freight) or Shipment Certificate (sea freight) smallbusinesscollaborative.co.uklepetittom.nlhadleygroup.com.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Collection

  • Export Shipments
    Goods must be collected within 2 weeks of purchase.
    Full payment must be received before release to your freight agent.

  • Domestic Delivery / Collection
    Minimum order £250 ex VAT.
    Arrangements will be made upon confirming payment.

6. Payment Terms

We accept only:

  • Cash

  • Bank Transfer (funds must be fully cleared before goods are released)

  • Debit Card

We do not accept: UK or international credit cards, cheques, or international debit/credit cards.

7. Passing of Title & Risk

Title to goods passes to you once payment is cleared in full. Risk transfers upon release to your designated carrier.

8. Compliance & Export Requirements

Zero-rated exports must comply with UK VAT regulations. You must retain evidence (export documentation) to support zero-rating gov.ukgov.uk. Failure to do so may result in VAT being charged retrospectively.

9. Final Clauses

These Terms form the entire Agreement between you and UR Wholesalers Ltd and supersede any prior terms. They apply to all goods, whether ordered online or otherwise.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time—any changes will take effect upon posting.
